Pump it Tuesday- A fabulous recipe

So who's ready for another round of healthy?
Oh you too?? Great!!

Today I have a great, quick, healthy, amazing recipe for you.
Dan and I tried it last night on a whim.
I loved it!! 
Dan liked the first few sips and then wasn't too fond of it.
He doesn't like greek yogurt,
and that's in it. 
you can have it for breakfast cause it fills you right up,
lunch, dinner, or an after dinner snack :)

Peanut Butter and Strawberry Smoothie
makes three cups

2 containers plain Greek yogurt- we used Dannons Oikos
2 bananas, peeled
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup frozen strawberries- we used organic just cause they were on sale

Ready for these instructions:
Put it all in the blender and blend until smooth.
Done! That's it!!
Pour evenly in three cups to get accurate measurements.
For one glass (which is basically a meal),
it is 215 calories.

  2. Sounds really good...but honestly I'm not the biggest fan of Greek Yogurt either. I tried really hard to like it though!
